Living locally, I enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer. Outside of work you’ll often find me out walking with my family and our dog, either along the beach or exploring the countryside.

I’m Chris from Coast Property Surveyors and I represent the surveying seat here at Link Up. I’ve spent the past 20 years working in the property industry, gaining a broad range of experience along the way. I’ve been married to my wife Jodie for 16 years and we have two children, Eddie and Nell. Mabel the sausage dog joined our family in April 2024 and has very much made herself at home. When I’m not at Link Up or out on site, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, walking Mabel, or out on the water… or quite possibly being reminded by Jodie that the house renovation still needs finishing.

I’m Kelly and I am the office manager at O’Neill & Holman. O’Neill & Holman was founded in October 2016 by Robert O’Neill and George Holman, and I later joined the company in April 2019. Today we have 14 employees and all decorators are level 2 or above qualified and hold their CSCS card, as well as us being CHAS accredited. We cover all aspects of decorating from painting, spraying and papering, to metal work, woodwork and remedial works etc. Our works range from removing signs of leak damage, full redecoration of a property, up to refurbishments, rennovations and multiple new build sites.

Out of work Matt is a keen rugby player for Brixham RFC and has played at a high level in past years. He also represents his county Devon in rugby and won the county championship at Twickenham in 2024.
